Raising Funds

As we have so many life-long cats here at the Centre, we are in constant need of money for food costs and veterinary bills. Over the years we have held monthly sales at the Daniel Owen Centre in Mold and car boots, but due to our ages and the hard work involved, we can no longer do the car boot sales. However, our monthly visits to the Daniel Owen centre continues with the help of a few volunteers who assist with the setting up and sales of Bric-a-Brac. We are always in need of good quality items that we can sell at our sales.

We also have continuous maintenance problems. Some of the runs and housing need maintaining or replacing from time to time and also new runs need to be erected and wood is the material mostly used and in view of timber costs having almost doubled recently this is a big problem for us.
